The term “Planned Giving” refers to planning for the future, not only for the people in your life, but for the organizations you care about as well. Gifts made by bequest are a growing source of income for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Founded 20 years ago and named for Colleen Dewhurst, the late Actors Fund President who spearheaded the formation of the Equity Fights AIDS Committee (which merged with Broadway Cares in 1992), The Colleen Dewhurst Society is the planned giving program of BC/EFA that honors those individuals who have generously included our organization in their will and estate plans, as well as those no longer with us who have made gifts to BC/EFA through their estates.
