The Angels Campaign is the annual giving program for major donors to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Angels are those supporters who make an annual unrestricted contribution of $1,000 or more to support the vital work of BC/EFA.

In Broadway lingo, an "angel" is an investor in a theatre production; in exchange for that financial investment, "angels" are traditionally guaranteed the best seats in the house for the show their dollars have made possible. The Angels Campaign creates a similar tradition for its supporters, granting BC/EFA Angels VIP status, along with a host of associated benefits.

Giving Levels and Associated Benefits:

Front Mezzanine gifts from $1,000 to $2,499

• Two complimentary tickets to one of BC/EFA's major annual events: Gypsy of the Year or The Easter Bonnet Competition
• Invitations to select donor receptions and special events throughout the year
• A subscription to Behind the Scenes, BC/EFA's major donor newsletter
• Recognition in BC/EFA's annual report, major donor newsletter, and in select event programs and other brochures (The deductible amount of your contribution is the amount in excess of $40, the estimated value of goods and services provided.)

Box Seat gifts from $2,500 to $4,999

All of the above, plus:

• Two complimentary tickets to BOTH Gypsy of the Year and The Easter Bonnet Competition (The deductible amount of your contribution is the amount in excess of $80, the estimated value of goods and services provided.)

Orchestra Seat gifts from $5,000 to $9,999

All of the above, plus:

• A BC/EFA financial grant made in your honor to a selected AIDS Service Organization (The deductible amount of your contribution is the amount in excess of $80, the estimated value of goods and services provided.)

House Seat gifts from $10,000 to $24,999

All of the above, plus:

• A gift from the BC/EFA merchandise department (The deductible amount of your contribution is the amount in excess of $80, the estimated value of goods and services provided.)

Producer gifts from $25,000 to $49,999

All of the above, plus:

• Invitation to be a judge at the awards ceremony of either Gypsy of the Year or The Easter Bonnet Competition (The deductible amount of your contribution is the amount in excess of $90, the estimated value of goods and services provided.)

Leadership Group gifts of $50,000 or more

All of the above, plus:

• A tailored benefits package

Some membership benefits have a fair market value, reducing the tax-deductibility of your gift, as required by the IRS. You can receive 100% tax deductibility by choosing to waive your benefits. If you charge your contribution, you may also choose to make your gift in monthly or quarterly installments.
